Your first consultation will be carried out along with a recommended surgeon in your area. We will attend the appointment remotely but be there in spirit, to discuss your concerns and your desired outcomes.

Once you have decided to go ahead with a procedure, we will select a date that accommodates your schedule and send you detailed information customised to you and your needs. This will entail written and video content and will include everything you need to know including any potential risks and complications.

Your second consultation will take place in our care, at least a day before your procedure, depending on your arrival.

After enjoying some rest at one of our recommended hotels, we will arrange for your comfortable transportation into our care at Berkshire Grove Hospital. This short and pleasant journey will lead you to our welcoming embrace.

Prior to your procedure, you will have a thorough consultation during which your treatment plan will be discussed alongside any queries or concerns you may have. This should be no more than two weeks after your first consultation and earlier than the day of your surgery.

On the day of your transformation, we will organise your collection from your hotel

You will either be asked to arrive in the morning (between 7 and 7:30 am) or in the afternoon (between 12 and 12:30 pm).

We know arriving for a procedure can be a daunting experience but we take pride in providing an extremely tranquil environment and high quality service to put you at ease and make the whole process smooth sailing. Our wonderful front of house team will welcome you on arrival and you will immediately feel at ease in our luxurious surroundings.

You will first be seen by your nurse, and then you will meet your anaesthetist and surgeon. After your surgery, you will be taken care of to the utmost level, ensuring you are comfortable and happy.

If your procedure requires an overnight stay, you will have your own private room with an en-suite bathroom. Your bed will be dressed with soft Egyptian cotton bedding and your room will be lightly diffused with a scent of your choice. During your stay you will have a dedicated nurse who will be on call to take care of you at all times during the day and night. You will also have the opportunity to dine with us. We cater for all dietary requirements and provide a range of flavourful options.

Recover comfortably

Once we have assessed your progress and are satisfied with your recovery, you will be discharged to your comfortable hotel to rest and continue your recovery. We will provide you with a care pack to ensure your comfort and wellbeing during this time. Even after you have left our care, we remain committed to providing unparalleled support. Your dedicated staff member will always be just a phone call away, and you will have a post-operative consultation with your surgeon as needed.

Your post-operative check up

Once we are pleased with your recovery journey and all your wounds are healing as expected, you will be cleared to travel back home. We will ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable journey. Our support does not end when you leave our facility, we are always available to address any questions or concerns you may have.
