Our conference centre facilities
Here at Berkshire Grove Hospital, we have a conference centre room. Within our operating theatre, we have audio and video capabilities making it possible for you to record and stream internally to the conference centre as well as online. These videos are extremely useful for patient records, instructional and training videos, and live surgery conferences. These facilities are also great for manufacturing companies to demonstrate their equipment.

We not only offer a luxurious and beautiful environment, we are also close to Heathrow airport making transport easy for those flying. We are also not far from Windsor Castle, Ascot Racecourse, Legoland and London.

Our conference centre can accommodate up to 50 people.

Our conferencing floor opens up into a central breakout area leading to the individual conference rooms. There is one very large meeting room with four further rooms for small to medium-sized groups, plus a separate storage space.

We have a high-resolution projector compatible with Apple, PC and tablet devices and full stereo sound, with 2-way audio and video interaction between the conference centre and the operating theatres on demand.

Our conference centre is set in a beautiful rural and holistic location with great links to the M4, M25 and crossrail. The Maidenhead train station is a short taxi ride away, and there is a private airfield neighboring the hospital site.

The cost to rent the conference centre depends on the facilities and services required and the time of year. As an estimate, you can expect to pay anywhere from £1,000 to £5,000 per day. Please contact us directly to obtain an accurate quote based on your specific requirements.

We require a non-refundable 10% deposit to secure a booking. Cancellation fees may be applicable based on the timing of the cancellation. If cancellation takes place more than 90 days before the booking, then no further amount is payable. If the client cancels less than 90 days but more than 30 days from the booking date, then 50% of the booking fee is payable. The entire booking fee is payable for cancellations with less than 30 days notice. There is a force majeure clause, allowing either party to cancel the booking without penalty in the event of unforeseeable circumstances that make the event impossible or impractical to hold.
